Airbnb linen: hotel-grade towels and sheets for Australian short-stay hosts.
The same commercial towels, sheets, quilts and pillows we supply to hotels, sold in the quantities a short-stay property needs. Soft enough to be mentioned in reviews, built to be washed after every guest. No minimum order and a written quote within one business day.
Hotel linen for a two-bedroom cottage, without the hotel order size.
Short-stay reviews mention linen more than almost anything else in the property, and short-stay linen is washed after every guest, so retail bedding wears out fast. Australian Linen & Towels supplies the same commercial-grade Airbnb linen and towels that hotels buy, to hosts and short-stay managers across Australia, in the quantities one property needs and without a minimum order.
A guest-ready property usually takes: 500 GSM 100% combed cotton bath towels (two per guest, plus a spare set), hand towels, face washers and a bath mat; two sets of 50/50 cotton-polyester sheets per bed at 165 GSM, which dry fast and need no ironing; a quilt cover per bed with a spare; a microfibre quilt and microfibre pillows that can go through a domestic washer; and waterproof mattress and pillow protectors. All of it comes in single, king single, double, queen and king, in white so every property reads the same, with charcoal, mocha and navy towels if you want colour.
Tell us the beds and bathrooms, or use the room planner for a full list with quantities, and you get an itemised quote within one business day. Hosts without an ABN are welcome; trade pricing is available to ABN-registered hosts and managers. Freight is free on orders over AU$100 anywhere in Australia; delivery times are confirmed with your quote (typically 3–5 business days to metro areas, 5–8 to Brisbane, Perth and regional addresses), with tracking.

What linen does an Airbnb need?
Per bed: two sets of sheets (one on, one in the wash), a quilt, two quilt covers, pillows with protectors and a mattress protector. Per guest: two bath towels plus a spare set, a hand towel and a face washer, and a bath mat per bathroom. The room planner turns your beds and bathrooms into a list with quantities.
Do I need hotel-grade linen for an Airbnb?
If you want the towels and sheets mentioned in reviews, yes. Retail bedding is made for a wash a week; short-stay linen is washed after every guest. 500 GSM cotton towels and 165 GSM poly-cotton sheets are the practical hotel standard and last through that.
Can I order without an ABN?
Yes. Individual hosts can order at our standard quote pricing. ABN-registered hosts and property managers can open a trade account for volume pricing.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order for one bedroom or for twenty apartments. Freight is free on orders over AU$100 anywhere in Australia; delivery times are confirmed with your quote (typically 3–5 business days to metro areas, 5–8 to Brisbane, Perth and regional addresses), with tracking.
Which colour should I choose?
White for everything is the short-stay standard: it bleaches, it matches across properties and it reads as clean. Charcoal, mocha or navy towels are available if you want a colour cue in the bathroom.
How do I get a quote?
