Terms & Conditions.

01Application

These terms govern the supply of goods by Australian Linen & Towels ("we", "us") to our trade customers ("you", "buyer"). They apply to all quotations, orders, and sales unless varied in writing by an authorised representative.

02Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, credit risk, or operational capacity.

Custom-branded, embroidered, or made-to-order goods require a signed production brief and are subject to a minimum order quantity. Once production has commenced these orders cannot be cancelled.

03Pricing & Quotes

All pricing is provided on request via formal quote. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), exclusive of GST. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from issue.

Volume and contract pricing is negotiated separately. We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior notice to reflect raw material, freight, or supplier cost changes.

04Payment Terms

Unless a credit account has been approved, payment in full is required prior to dispatch. Approved credit account customers are subject to Net 30 terms from the date of tax invoice.

05Delivery & Shipping

We deliver throughout Australia only. Free shipping on orders over AU$100; orders under AU$100 incur freight calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated delivery times are indicative. Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. The buyer must inspect goods and note any damage on the consignment note at receipt.

We do not ship internationally.

06Title & Risk

Title in goods does not pass to the buyer until payment in full has been received.

07Returns & Australian Consumer Law

Stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to wholesale returns.

Custom-branded goods, embroidered products, bulk orders (50+ units per SKU), and items used in commercial laundering are non-returnable except where defective.

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

08Defective Goods

Defective, damaged, or short-shipped goods must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. We will, at our election, replace, refund, or credit the affected goods.

09Product Specifications

Minor variations in colour, weight, and finish are inherent to natural fibre production and commercial laundering processes and do not constitute a defect.

The buyer is responsible for following supplied care instructions. We are not liable for damage or premature wear caused by non-compliant laundering.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption. Nothing limits any right under the Australian Consumer Law.

11Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Customer details are not sold or disclosed to third parties except to fulfil orders or as required by law. Read our full privacy practices on request.

12Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay arising from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, supply chain disruption, government restrictions, or industrial action.

13Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW. Disputes are to be attempted in good-faith negotiation prior to legal proceedings.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is available at this page. Orders placed after publication are governed by the current version.
